Event management involves tracking prospect engagement, topics discussed, and business card details. Remembering people, faces, and conversations shortens the sales process through faster relationship building.
Solution
The custom solution paired together event attendee lists, contact information gathered, and large data sets. This web tool supported queries of data to quickly identify what teams provided the best opportunities based on product mixes and assets under management.
Results
The information is most effective when used together to identify the quality of prospects as well as define the opportunities. A few minutes at the start of an event, and I was able to quickly identify who in the room was a quality prospect. This information allowed me to focus my time to generate meaningful leads.
