Reporting Consolidation Middleware
Challenge
A multifaceted marketing campaign looked to capture an opportunity. Being first to market with this outreach was important, but the reporting was a requirement to gauge the success and understand what messages were resonating with prospects and clients. Excel wasn't an option either, because the reformatting would break some of the connections and introduce too many opportunities for error.
Solution
The data needed to be actionable, which meant integrating with the customer relationship manager (CRM). In this instance, custom development for the integration would take longer than the campaign. A short-term solution was needed both for reporting purposes as well as integration. The middleware option supported multiple files and different file formats to generate one large file to be uploaded in the CRM.
Results
Weekly reporting demonstrated that multiple touches were increasing the engagement on a per-record basis. The analytics confirmed which outreach was working and provided insight into the campaign while it was running. This allowed for some minor adjustments to make an impact.
