More productive clients significantly contributes to growth in a B2B environment. Providing value at every level of communication with advisors was the goal of this project. The solution needs to support digital and in-person outreach campaigns.
Solution
A single web resource educated financial advisors on ways to develop a brand, grow business, and improve client relationships. Topics that were most relevant to the users were saved to their profile. New topics were added monthly and were supported by third-party experts.
Results
The tool opened doors for the sales team. Leads were generated through subscriptions and firm-specific campaigns. The tool plays an important role in long sales cycles by allowing for meaningful ways to stay top of mind and build preference with target markets in a crowded industry.
